Yes! We ship to the 48 continental US states.

What does it cost to have something shipped to (insert zip code here)?

See below for shipping rates:
Livestock: $29.99 anywhere in Florida, $39.99 anywhere in the continental United States outside of Florida. Orders over $250 will receive free shipping. 
Dry Goods: Shipping varies based on location and the weight/size of your item. For an estimate, please proceed through checkout as though you were planning on purchasing this item and our website will allow you to estimate shipping based on your zip code.

Why is shipping livestock so expensive?!

All livestock must ship overnight to remain healthy - no matter where we are shipping it to. Our prices remain competitive across the industry and we are constantly working with package carriers to negotiate the lowest price so that we can pass those savings onto you. Rest assured - we do not profit off of shipping charges.

In order to provide you with the best quality livestock when it arrives on your doorstep, we require all livestock to ship overnight.

 

I ordered something online and it wasn't exactly what I expected.

Do you have a return policy? 

  • All livestock purchases come with a complete guaranteed live arrival. If, for some reason, your purchase does not arrive alive, we will require photo evidence of the coral within an hour of the specified delivery time per the carriers website, before it has been removed from the bag. Please contact us regarding any livestock return request.
  • For unused, opened dry goods: Any unused, opened items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
  • For used, opened dry goods: If you wish to return an item that has been used, it will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a partial refund only.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All livestock is shipped next day and will arrive within 24-36 hours of the time it has been shipped.

Dry goods will typically arrive in about 3 - 5 days depending on the selected shipping speed. When an order is received, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order. When an order ships, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

Can you service my tank?

At this time we do not currently offer maintenance services. However, we are willing to make exceptions in emergency situations. Please contact us in the event of an emergency, if you have any questions or need any advice on a DIY project.
